1 package of cornmeal for Canjica (500 g)
4 cups (cha) of milk
1/2 cup (cha) of sugar
1 package of grated coconut (100 g)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (cha) of toasted and ground almond

Wash the cornmeal and drain it
Place it in a pressure cooker with water and let it cook for 50 minutes or until it's soft
Turn off the heat and let it rest with the lid closed
Add milk, sugar, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk
Mix well and bring to a simmer without using the pressure at first, then thicken
Let it cool and serve sprinkled with toasted almond
