4 cups of cornmeal

Blend the corn with water in a liquidizer until very well mixed
Pour through a cheesecloth and cook over low heat, with sugar and coconut milk
Let it simmer for approximately 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is well cooked
To test, place a spoonful of the pudding on a plate and let it cool; if good, it should have thickened and can be served
