Directions

Beat the egg yolks until creamy

Add the sugar, grated orange zest, and beat well

Dissolve the gelatin in a mixture of lime juice and orange juice and hot water

Then add the egg yolks to the mixture

Chill in the refrigerator until slightly firm

Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold into the gelatin mixture with care
