Soak the millet in water for one day and night
Drain and place it in a pressure cooker
With the water and sugar
Cook for one hour or until it becomes soft
Or when it reaches the desired consistency
Add the coconut milk and let it boil over
Add the toasted almond and grated coconut and mix well
Serve sprinkled with cinnamon, hot or cold
