3 tablespoons of ground cinnamon (15 g)
1/4 cup of whole cardamom pods (12 g)
1/3 cup of coriander seeds (30 g)
1 tablespoon of cloves (5 g)
1 tablespoon of ground cardamom (5 g)
8 bay leaves
1/2 cup of turmeric powder
3 tablespoons of ground cinnamon (15 g)

In a small pan, quickly toast all the ingredients in low heat, stirring constantly, except for the turmeric, one by one
Let it cool and blend everything in a spice grinder or blender
Make 1 1/3 cups
