3 red peppers (1/2 kg approximately) finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
4 finger-length hot peppers, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of salt
4 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
1/2 cup of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of gelatin

In a processor or meat grinder, grind the red peppers, onion, and hot peppers to a coarse consistency
Strain through a cheesecloth
Season with 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt and let it strain for about 30 minutes
In a stainless steel or aluminum saucepan, combine the vegetables with sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, cloves, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 10 minutes
Soak the gelatin in a little water and stir it into the hot liquid
Serve warm to accompany turkey, or shape into small baskets and fill with jelly.
