Wash and pat dry the meat

Brush with mustard
Season with salt, pepper, parsley, and green onion
Finally place the slices of bacon on top
Roast in a moderate oven, preheated, for about two and a half hours or until the meat is cooked
As it dries out, add a little warm water
Wash the tomatoes
Make a cross-cut incision on the surface
Place a small piece of butter on each one and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and let it roast for about 15 minutes
