500g of brisket cut into thin strips
6 cups of hot beef broth
2 cups of thinly sliced carrots
2 cups of broccoli florets
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

Fry the sesame oil and cook the brisket until it's browned
Add 1 cup of hot beef broth, reduce heat, and simmer until the brisket is tender
Combine carrots and half a cup of beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes
Add broccoli florets and another half a cup of beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes more
Cook for an additional 2 minutes and add soy sauce
Mix well
In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in flour to make a roux
Add the remaining broth mixture and whisk until smooth
Pour into the beef mixture and stir-fry until combined
Season with salt to taste and serve.
