Cut the steak into thin strips and then into bite-sized pieces
Leave to marinate in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for about 30 minutes
Peel and remove the seeds from the cucumbers
Cut them into sticks, about 5 cm long by 1 cm thick
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan
When hot, add the steak and cook until it changes color
Remove the steak with a spatula and reserve
In the same frying pan, cook the cucumbers for 2-3 minutes
Turn off the heat and let the pan cool slightly
Combine the garlic powder and the remaining 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Let it simmer for 1 minute
Add the steak and stir well
