In a frying pan, melt the butter or margarine
Add the beef and onion rings and fry quickly until tender
Add the water and soup packet and mix well
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Add the tomato and wine, heating well
Serving with cooked macaroni, and serve 4 portions.
