Season the beef with salt and garlic
Brown it in a pressure cooker pan with hot oil until well browned
Add three tablespoons of water, cover, and cook for 1 hour
Remove from heat, let cool, and check if the beef is tender
If so, slice it thinly using a sharp knife or a cold cutter
Blend the olives with olive oil and vinegar in a blender
Add oregano, mix well, and serve over the beef
To enhance sandwiches, serve with ketchup and English mustard.
