(You can use beef or pork, cooked or roasted)
4 to 6 cups of leftover beef or pork, cooked or roasted, cut into thin strips
3 tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, grated, or 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
3 tablespoons of soy sauce or dry sherry wine
2 crushed garlic cloves
Season to taste
3 tablespoons of oil for frying

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add the beef or pork and stir until it's evenly coated
To ensure everything is well combined
Heat the oil in a skillet until it's very hot, add the beef or pork mixture and fry until it's nicely browned
Serve immediately with rice
