1/2 cup of cooked corn
1/2 cup of cooked beans
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 package of plain saltine crackers
1 egg
1 can of heavy cream with serum
Shredded cheese for sprinkling

Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a pan, heat one tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the meat mound
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Reserve
In another pan, caramelize the remaining olive oil with the onion and garlic
Add the bell peppers, olives, peas, corn, beans, and tomato sauce
Check and adjust seasoning if needed, and mix well
Place the meat mound and tomato sauce mixture in a baking dish and cook for five minutes
Transfer to a greased refrigerator. Reserve
Break up the crackers coarsely, add the beaten egg and heavy cream, and mix well
Spread over the meat, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake until golden brown.
