1 1/2 kg of pork variety (loin, ribs) cut into small pieces
1 cup of milk
1/2 onion sliced into large strips
1 piece of orange zest
Thyme and oregano

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fry the pork and onions in butter until they're golden brown
Remove the onions and add the milk, thyme, oregano, and orange zest
Reduce heat and let it simmer in a covered pan for about 1 hour
Add more milk if needed
Drain the liquid from the pork and season with salt and black pepper
Serve immediately with tortillas and guacamole.
