Dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 cup cooked and chopped broccoli
Sauce:
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cups hot milk
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Dough:

3 cups hot milk

For the dough: Mix together flour and salt
Set aside
In a pan, mix together butter or margarine and water and bring to a boil
Add in the flour and salt and stir vigorously until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan and forms a ball
Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute
Add in the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition
Mix in the broccoli and stir well
Pour into greased casserole dish or a large zip-top plastic bag with a wide mouth
Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and firm
For the sauce: Fry the onion in butter or margarine until golden
Add in the flour and stir well
Cook for about 2 minutes
Add in the milk and stir constantly until thickened
Add in the cheese and salt to taste
Stir well
Pour into a serving dish and top with broccoli casserole
Serve hot on a platter
