For the caper sauce
4 tablespoons of capers
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of English Worcestershire sauce
For the sandwich
2 slices of glazed pork
3 leaves of lettuce
2 stalks of arugula
8 slices of smoked haddock carpaccio (type haddock) in thin strips
1 tablespoon of capers

Prepare the caper sauce, blending all the ingredients in a blender
Assemble the sandwich: spread the glazed pork with the caper sauce
Arrange the two slices on a plate and top them with lettuce and arugula
Place the carpaccio on top and finish it off with the capers.
