3 kg of large shrimp
1 cup of water
salt and black pepper to taste
For the sauce:
2 cups of water
7 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup of coconut milk
3 tablespoons of lime juice
1/2 tablespoon of grated lime zest
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
3 kg of large shrimp

Clean the shrimp leaving the tail
Place in a large pot, water, salt, and black pepper
Bring to a boil
Add the shrimp and cook with the lid on, stirring occasionally for 5-8 minutes or until pink
Drain and reserve
Prepare the sauce: Bring to a boil, water, cornstarch, and coconut milk
Cook until thickened
Remove from heat and combine remaining ingredients, mixing well
Arrange shrimp in a decorative platter
Serve with tropical sauce
