250g of crab
8 crab shells
200g of tapioca flour
50g of butter
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1 sweet pepper
2 lemons
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 large green pepper
Green seasoning to taste (alfalfa, chicory, parsley, shallot, and sauce)
Olive oil and salt to taste
Black olives in strips, sauce, and lettuce (for garnish)

Prepare the crab
Wash the crab in running water
Then season with lemon juice, salt, and olive oil to taste
In a skillet, sauté in hot butter the minced garlic, chopped onion, diced tomato, green pepper strips, and parsley
Add the green seasoning and salt to taste
When the onion is starting to brown, add the sweet pepper crushed and the crab seasoned
Leave it to cook for approximately 7 minutes
To serve, place the cooked crab in the 8 shells
Cover each one with tapioca flour and garnish with black olive strips and a handful of sauce
Prepare the tapioca flour
Place the tapioca flour in a skillet to toast, stirring constantly
When it's golden brown, remove from heat and add butter and salt to taste.
