1/2 pound of white beans

3 to 4 carrots
6 tomatoes without peel

Soak the beans overnight, then cook them
Cook the lamb (previously seasoned with 1 onion, parsley, salt, white wine, and garlic) with bacon cut into cubes and onions
When golden brown, add tomatoes, tomato extract, when the lamb is tender, add sliced carrots and peas
Combine the cooked beans with the lamb and sauce
Simmer for approximately 15 minutes
The dish goes well with white rice
It can be prepared overnight and also frozen.
