1 package of macaroni type parafuso

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 liter of boiling water
300g grated mozzarella cheese

Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the minced garlic and onion until they're softened
Add the ground beef and stir until it starts browning
Add the tomato sauce and stir
Dissolve the baking powder in the cream and add it to the cooker
Combine the boiling water, salt, and macaroni
Stir slowly, cover the cooker, and cook for three minutes
Turn off the heat and let the pressure cooker finish its work
Open the cooker and transfer the mixture to a greased refrigerator-safe container halfway filled with macaroni
Cover it with half of the mozzarella cheese and spread the remaining macaroni on top
Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese and serve
