Sauté a large chopped onion, using 100g of bacon cut into small pieces and let it cook until golden brown. Add two cups of cooked pork, diced into small cubes, 1/2 cup of pitted green olives, and two cups of uncooked rice. Sauté everything for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly. Then, add one liter of beef broth, season to taste, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow it to thicken well.
