1 Drizzle the lemon juice over the fish
Preheat the oven to a high temperature
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion for 5 minutes or until golden brown
2 Turn off the heat and add the tomato, stirring quickly
Rinse the fish and place it in a baking dish greased with oil
Place the tomato and onion over the fish
Season with salt and pepper
Put in the oven and roast for 20 minutes
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
