2 tablespoons of lightly toasted breadcrumbs - 120g
1/3 cup of finely chopped onion - 80g
1/3 cup of heavy cream - 80g
1 tablespoon of lemon juice - 5ml
1/4 cup of pickled cucumber, diced - 45g
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of olive oil - 60ml

Season the fish with salt and black pepper
Place the fish in a refractory baking dish, greased
Mix together the breadcrumbs, onion, cream, lemon juice, pickled cucumber, paprika, salt, and black pepper
Place one fillet in the dish and top it with the stuffing
Cover with another fillet
Drizzle generously with olive oil
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at moderate temperature (180°C) for 45 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through
