Peel the onions and cut them in half
Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, milk (or heavy cream) until you get a paste
Season with salt and black pepper
Spread this paste on top of the onion halves
Place on a baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil or butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 45 minutes
Serve.
