Peel the pineapple and cut it into chunks
Next, place the pineapple chunks and white dry wine in a blender
Blend for a few moments to obtain a homogeneous liquid
Remove from the blender and strain the liquid through a sieve
Place the strained liquid in a container and refrigerate
Let it chill for at least 1 hour
Chill the champagne bottle as well
Retrieve the prepared pineapple mixture from the freezer
Place the pineapple preparation at an height of 1/3 of the glasses
Fill the glasses with champagne
Serve immediately.
