    You can substitute the chantilly cream for this lighter version, which has only 3 calories per tablespoon: dissolve 1 1/2 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water and let it soften. Heat to dissolve and then add 1 1/2 teaspoons of honey. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of cold milk, 1/2 cup of unsweetened half-and-half, and 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract. Beat well until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. Gradually, beating constantly, add the gelatin and 3 drops of dietetic sweetener. Beat for another minute and refrigerate for 1 hour before using. Give me 4 cups of cream.
