Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, cream cheese, condensed milk, ricotta, and butter until smooth
Pour into a round, greased mold and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool and unmold
Topping:
Mix the cream cheese with chocolate
Heat over low heat in a water bath to melt
Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate
