The whipped cream should be firm and stiff
Divide the whipped cream into two parts
In one part, slowly mix in the cocoa powder and butter
Place the mixture in a deep glass
Join the other half of the whipped cream with just a hint of butter, top with chocolate sprinkles and serve chilled
