In a pot, place the Chuchu and chicken broth
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes or until slightly tender
Drain and reserve
In another pot, place the olive oil and bring to high heat
Mix in the ground meat with cooked ham, English mustard, and mustard, then add to the pot
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the meat is tender
Place the Chuchu in a refrigerator, and with a spoon, remove some of the pulp, creating a cavity in the center of each half
Pierce the pulp and add it to the cooked meat mixture
Mix well
Stuff the Chuchu with the meat mixture
Heat the oven to high temperature
In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with butter and sprinkle over the meat filling
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until hot
Serve immediately.
