One-third cup of butter or margarine

Two cups of pickled cabbage (store-bought) washed and drained
One red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
Three tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
Some grinds of black pepper

Melt the butter or margarine in a pan over medium heat until it's fully melted
Fry the onion and garlic until they're softened
Add the cabbage, peppers, olive oil, salt, and black pepper
Stir well until everything is heated through
This is perfect to serve with pork meat
