1 pineapple

Cut the pineapple into slices and then cut them into four parts. Reserve
Combine the garlic and water in a pan and bring to a simmer over low heat until it forms a thick syrup
Add the pineapple and cook for five minutes
Add the parsley and vinegar, mix well and remove from heat
Let it cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for one week
Serve with roasted meats.
