one teaspoon of vanilla

Beat the cream until it is almost stiff
Add the sugar and vanilla, and beat until the cream is firm
Sprinkle 3/4 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin over two tablespoons of milk and mix well
Put in boiling water and stir to dissolve
Add the cream to the mixture when it is warm
Let it cool and whip.
