1 1/2 cup of curdled cream

2 cups of crumbled Mascarpone cheese

Let the milk and water boil, then add the peeled and thinly sliced Mascarpone cheese
Let it cook for a little longer
Remove and let it cool down
Serve over ice cream or cakes.
