Wash the hare and cut it into pieces
Cover with water and cook until the meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours
Remove the hare pieces from the water
Fry the onion in 3 tablespoons of fat
Brown the hare pieces in the remaining fat
Add the curry powder and chicken broth
Simmer for a few minutes
Mix the remaining fat with flour and egg, and add to the hare mixture, stirring constantly
Cook until it thickens
Serve with rice
