In a 20cm refractory dish, cook the garlic and butter in the microwave on medium power until the garlic is soft (approximately 2 minutes)
Add the mushrooms, parsley, flour, and salt and mix carefully
Cover with the beaten egg
Cook in high power until slightly set (approximately 4 minutes)
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and distribute the cherry tomatoes on top
Cook in high power until the cheese melts (approximately 1 minute)
Drizzle with olive oil and serve
