1/2 kg of red plums (preferably)
1 cup of water
400g of sugar

Wash the plums well and cook them in water until the skins are tender, for 10 to 15 minutes
Let it cool and remove the pits
Add the sugar
Heat it slowly until the sugar dissolves and cooks quickly until thickened
Let it cool a bit, stirring occasionally
Pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly
Fill approximately 2 jars.
