Clean and boil: Thoroughly wash the cow's stomach and rub with salt
Drain well
Boil the cow's stomach in tempered water with salt (1 tablespoon of salt per liter of water) and 2 tablespoons of fuba, then let it simmer for 15 minutes after the boil starts
Discard the water and do not use it
Cook: Place the drained cow's stomach in a pressure cooker and add enough water to cover it
Close the lid and cook for 45 minutes from when the boil starts or until it becomes tender
Then, use the broth to prepare other dishes.
