4 fresh persimmons

1/4 cup (champagne) of Port wine or your preferred liqueur

Cut the persimmons into eight pieces and arrange them in a refrigerator
Sprinkle with sugar and pour over the beverage
Cover with plastic film and refrigerate
Let it rest for an hour
Retrieve from the refrigerator and microwave for 15 minutes
Let it cool and store in the refrigerator until serving.
