2 cups of pineapple
15 large mint leaves, chopped
2 ripe papayas, diced
4 pineapple chunks

In a pan, bring the pineapple to a boil in 1 1/2 cups of water, stirring until it thickens into a syrup
Add the mint leaves and remove from heat
Let it cool down completely
When serving, distribute the papaya cubes along the edges and pineapple chunks in the center
Soak the papaya with the mint syrup and serve immediately
