Mix the vegetables with salt

Drain
Add the vinegar, sugar, and mustard
Put everything into hot jars, leaving 1 cm space at the top
Tighten the lids slightly
Process the 250g and 500g jars for about 5 minutes each in boiling water bath
Close the lids tightly
End up with 6 250g jars and 3 500g jars.
