For the butter
1/2 cup (100g) of butter, softened
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of finely chopped thyme
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
4 medium-sized beef fillets (800g)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Prepare the butter: in a small bowl, beat the butter until it becomes creamy and smooth (approximately 3 minutes)
Add the onion, thyme, parsley, and lemon juice and mix until well combined (approximately 1 minute)
Set aside
Season the beef fillets with salt and brush with olive oil
In a large skillet, place two beef fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides (approximately 3 minutes per side)
Set aside
Cook the remaining beef fillets in the same manner
Transfer to four plates and top each beef fillet with 1 tablespoon of reserved butter
Serve immediately
