Mash the garlic, combine with salt, and season the meat. Reserve
Blend the passion fruit with a little beef broth in a blender
Strain the mixture through a sieve and add the remaining beef broth. Reserve
Baste the meat and place it in a medium-hot oven for about an hour
Flip the meat and roast for another hour, approximately
Throughout the cooking time, baste the meat with the pan juices
Remove from the oven
Reserve the warm lamb and simmer the pan juices
Dissolve the flour in the simmering juices and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Remove from heat, add butter, and blend well
Add prunes and serve with slices of meat.
