1 cup ketchup

Mix the first four ingredients
Cut the beef ribs into smaller pieces and place them in a deep bowl
Drizzle the marinade over the top
Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, turning the meat occasionally
Remove the beef from the marinade
Discard the excess marinade and add enough water to form a paste, bringing it to 2 cups
Press the beef under a heavy object or weight
Brown the beef on all sides in a pressure cooker
Add the marinade and green pepper
Close the pressure cooker
Cook for about 40 minutes, or until the valve begins to balance
Let cool for 5 minutes
Finish cooling under cold running water
Open the pressure cooker and remove excess fat
Serves 6 people
Note: It's preferred to make this recipe overnight, let it sit in the refrigerator, and remove the excess fat the next day before reheating.
