Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork ribs until golden brown. Reserve
In the same pan, add water and crystalline sugar
Stir and bring to a boil to add the colorant
Step 2
Next, combine the pork ribs and apple cider vinegar
Let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the meat is tender when pierced with a fork
If the sauce thickens before the meat reaches tenderness, add more water to continue cooking.
