Season with salt and black pepper
Place in a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally
As the pork fries, add water and use a wooden spoon to scrape the ribs at the bottom of the pan
Fry for about 45 minutes or until the meat is tender, golden brown, and dry
Serve as an appetizer or main course with polenta
Serves 6
If you have a grill, you can prepare pork ribs with the same seasoning.
