6 pork cutlets
1/2 cup of honey
1 can of diced tomatoes (with juice)
1 small can of pineapple in syrup
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1 crushed garlic clove
to taste salt
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
200g of long green beans
6 pork cutlets
1/2 cup of honey

Baste the pork cutlets with butter in a pan without oil
To one side, mix together the honey, diced tomatoes, half cup of pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, onion, garlic, and salt
Pour this mixture over the pork cutlets and cook for 35 minutes
Remove some tablespoons of the sauce, place it in a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch into it while stirring well
Add to the pork cutlets without stopping to stir
Join the long green beans and pineapple rings cut into pieces
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes
Serve 6 portions.
