4 pork cutlets
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
to taste
1/4 cup of pineapple juice
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
For the sauce:
1 tablespoon of cooking liquid from the pork cutlets
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of milk, water, or beef broth
to taste
4 pork cutlets
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine

In a 10-inch skillet, brown the pork cutlets in butter or margarine
Season with salt and pepper
Add pineapple juice and Worcestershire sauce
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the pork is tender
If necessary, add a little more pineapple juice
Serve with the sauce made as follows: remove the meat from the skillet
Remove all liquid
Take 1 tablespoon of cooking liquid and place it back in the skillet
Add flour and cook, stirring well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom
Add milk (or water or beef broth) and bring to a simmer, whisking constantly
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve over the pork
