Preheat the oven to 200° and grease a baking dish
Place the fish filets side by side in the dish
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, golden mustard, salt, and black pepper
Pour half of the mixture over the fish and bake for 30 minutes
Beat the eggs with the remaining milk
Pour the egg mixture over the fish, sprinkle with corn flakes, and return to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the sauce thickens
Serve in four portions.
