12 pork chops (1.6 kg)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of honey
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of dried thyme
6 red onions, thinly sliced
6 green mushrooms, peeled and cut into thin strips
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white wine
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
12 pork chops (1.6 kg)

Season the pork chops with olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, and thyme
Set aside. Reserve
Mingle the onions and mushrooms together and spread half of it in a baking dish
Cover with the pork chops and top with the remaining onions and mushrooms
Simmer the all-purpose flour with white wine and cinnamon, then place it over the pork chops
Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 1 hour or until the meat is tender and cooked
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter and let it sit under broiler for 5 minutes
Serve in 6 portions
