[6 pork cutlets]
Salt and pepper to taste
[2 cups of all-purpose flour]
[4 tablespoons of butter]
[1 medium onion, finely chopped]
[1 clove of garlic, minced]
[1/2 cup of ketchup]
[2 tablespoons of vinegar]
[1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce]
[1 tablespoon of English mustard]
[6 pork cutlets]

Mix the flour with salt and pepper
Dip the pork cutlets in this mixture
Fry both sides in butter
Place in a refrigerated, greased baking dish
Sprinkle with chopped onion and garlic
Mix the remaining ingredients with 1/4 cup of water
Pour over the pork cutlets
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour
Freeze in appropriate containers wrapped in aluminum foil
Thaw for 2 hours and then reheat in the same container
